Chapter 1
In chapter one a kid name Franco was looking gin the new paper and saw a ad for diving. Franco asked his mom and she said yes.That Saturday he went to his first lesson and he had fun!
Chapter 2
In chapter two Franco was having fun at the diving classes.Franco learned alot about diving and swimming.One day Joe the teacher said stuff about sharks and Franco asked Joe if he has ever seen a shark.Joe told Franco and the rest of the class that he had and told them a story about the first time he has ever seen one.
Chapter 3
In chapter three they had to do a test and after the test the classes would be over.Franco passed the test and he called his dad and told him and what it was about.Franco told his dad that he goes to Florida in three months and he goes into the ocean

ReplyDeleteMy painting is an example of my happiness because when i watch the batman movies or draw the sign,or draw batman i get happy.I get happy bbecause they used too call me the mini batm,an because i would act like to say peiople and fight the the joker and bad guys.
My image reminds me of my happiness because when i see it or hear it i thi9nk of me and how i was younger and all other kind of stuff. I reminds me of me when i was younger because the stuff i did , i always made my friends and my mom and other family laugh and stuff so i rememeber it but i dont know i do.
I know what you mean about memories and movies. I think of the first time I watched Superman back in 1977 and I remember wanting to be him. Even when I was in Grade 8, I used to pretend I was Clark Kent. I think some of my classmates thought I was strange.
ReplyDeleteHow old were you when you when they called you Mini Batman? So, when you did this painting it reminded you of all the stuff from your childhood? Cool.
Your challenge will be to think of those positive memories when you are feeling a little angry or sad and NOT want to fight like Batman and be cool! LOL. :)
I would suggest copying some of your work into MS Word or using Read and Write Gold to check your work for errors or spelling mistakes before publishing.

ReplyDeleteSo, from the websites you have, it seems like you should have enough information to answer, at least, the Level 1 and 2 questions for the project.
ReplyDeleteTo make this easier, be sure to come up with the questions and answer the them. It will make taking this project to the next level a lot easier.

ReplyDeleteHow did he become so famous? He became so famous from is own shoes Jordens and from is slam dunks.
When will Michael Jorden be done with the NBA?I think he will be done when he is 65 so in 15 years.
How would Michael Jorden be if he was the couch for L.A Clippers?The L.A Clippers would be a better team because Michael Jorden would teach the team the tricks.

ReplyDeleteI see that you have successfully completed all Level 1 - 4 questions. I do not know a lot about Michael Jordan but be sure that your answers have some research portion to them and not just information that you know off the top of your head.

Check the correct spelling of Kobe's name.
ReplyDeleteYou may want to think about the specific moves Michael Jordan can do better than Kobe. As well, I would find out the exact number of years each athlete played in the NBA.
Some more information about when Michael Jordan won the Slam Dunk competition would help make your project stronger. A lot of of your answers seem to be based on what you think and not too much from the reading or research you might be doing.

This was about the explosion in central Prague.
ReplyDeleteThe most important part is that only 40 people got hurt and not more then 40.
This reminds me of the Boston bombing that just happened about a week ago.
It makes me feel sad and happy. I’m sad because it happen but I’m happy because only 40 people got hurt.
I didn’t like this article because it was really sad.
I wonder why only 40 people got hurt and not more because it was a big explosion.
If I was the author I would put more details about the explosion.
Was the explosion a bomb or just an accident? This is an important point that you should add to your Retell section of your response.
ReplyDeleteThis incident seemed to happen just after the Boston bombing. It is a sad thing when disasters like this happen and people die. I guess, in both situations, things could have been a lot worse.
Maybe only 40 people got hurt because of where the bomb went off. I do not know many details about the story and would have had to have read the story.
Sometimes the stories in 24 are a little shorter just to give you the main details.
